Maxis is seeking a Contracts & Governance professional to manage contract governance, lifecycle processes and risk assessment for enterprise agreements in Malaysia. You will coordinate with Sales, Legal, Pricing, Product and Operations to ensure compliant, timely contract execution.

The role emphasizes governance, risk mitigation, stakeholder advisory, and process improvements to drive efficiency in contract management across the organization.

• Clarify and apply the contract governance framework with approvals.
• Draft, review, negotiate, and execute enterprise contracts.
• Coordinate with Sales, Legal, Pricing, Product and Operations.
• Ensure compliance, risk mitigation and related party controls.

Responsabilidades

• Draft, review, negotiate, and execute enterprise customer contracts.
• Identify and mitigate contract risks while protecting business interests.
• Provide insights on contract best practices, regulatory impacts and risk trade-offs.
• Develop KPIs and drive automation to improve contract visibility and efficiency.
