Job summary

SCOR is seeking a Compliance Analyst to act as a trusted partner to Business Units, delivering timely, practical compliance guidance across the value chain. You will report to the Global Sanctions Counsel as part of the Compliance Department.

Responsibilities include supporting the design and execution of the Compliance Program, participating in the Sanctions Center of Excellence, and training initiatives while collaborating with internal stakeholders and Regional Compliance Officers.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience in risk management, internal audit, compliance or legal department.
• High level of interpersonal and communication skills.
• Pragmatic, curious, able to navigate and deal with dynamic business environments.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Power BI, LexisNexis and Refinitiv World Check.

Responsibilities

• Design and execution of the Compliance Program for the Group.
• Support and participate in the Sanctions Center of Excellence.
• Collaborate with Regional Compliance Officers and stakeholders.
• Develop and conduct compliance trainings.
