Job summary

Singtel GBS KL is launching a brand-new Shared Services Centre in Kuala Lumpur. The Communications and Engagement Manager will partner with GBS leadership to foster a high-performing culture, drive change initiatives and strengthen internal and external communications.

The role leads strategy development, aligns with Singtel Group Corporate Communications, and delivers engagement programmes that support business priorities and transformation efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications or related field.
• 7–10 years in change management, corporate communications or employee engagement.
• Experience in a shared services, GBS or multinational environment is advantageous.
• Strong ability to influence stakeholders and communicate strategically.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the CCE partner for KL, leading change management and engagement initiatives.
• Develop and execute annual communication and engagement strategies aligned to priorities.
• Lead communications for organisational change and transformation programmes.
• Define governance for KL communications and ensure message consistency.
• Collaborate with Group Communications to align with enterprise strategies and COMMIT culture.
• Create leadership messages, town halls, newsletters and digital content.
• Support external communications, employer branding, CSR, DEI and stakeholder engagement.
