Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or related field.
• 4+ years of relevant supplier management, sourcing strategy or commodity management with a Bachelor’s degree.
• Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or related field with 3+ years of experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute commodity strategies tailored to Intel's development needs.
• Drive supplier development and foster innovation through collaborative partnerships.
• Manage sourcing activities, aligning specifications and cost requirements with Intel's goals.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to define product requirements and negotiate technical terms.
• Conduct periodic reviews of sourcing strategies and adjust to market conditions.
• Lead supplier relationship management, including performance monitoring and continuous improvement.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory compliance and procurement policies.
• Work with finance and legal to resolve supplier disputes and protect Intel's interests.
