Job summary

Intel is seeking a dynamic leader to head global supply chain engineering and commercial teams in Kulim, Malaysia, to optimize performance and strengthen supplier relationships for Advanced Packaging Technology and Manufacturing operations.

You will drive operational excellence by integrating supplier strategies with Intel's manufacturing capabilities, collaborating across functions to develop and implement strategies across global sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 12+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, engineering, or manufacturing.
• Semiconductor supply chain experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead global supply chain teams to optimize supplier performance and operational efficiency.
• Build strategic supplier partnerships to drive long-term roadmaps.
• Lead benchmarking and industry intelligence to drive improvements in equipment spares and services.
• Provide leadership through goal setting and performance management.
• Inspire and develop teams while modeling Intel values.
