Job summary

DCS Card Centre Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Collections Manager to lead Malaysia's Collections function, shaping strategy and driving portfolio performance in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline.
• 8–12 years of experience in Collections, Recoveries, Credit Risk, or Consumer Lending within banking, fintech, financial services, or payments.
• At least 4 years leading collections teams with responsibility for performance and people development.
• Strong understanding of credit card collections, unsecured lending, regulatory requirements, and collections best practices.
• Experience leading operational transformation, digital collections, or automation is desirable.
