Star Grocer Sdn Bhd is seeking a Merchandise Manager to drive growth across multiple grocery categories in a fast-paced retail environment. You will partner with Senior leadership to set strategic direction, manage a team of Category Managers, and implement trade plans, promotions and pricing strategies that boost sales and margin while delighting customers.

The role involves close collaboration with Supply Chain, Marketing and Store Operations to ensure smooth execution, optimized assortments

Competenze

• Experience in category leadership within retail or supermarket is preferred.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision making to guide assortment and pricing.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and mentor junior Category Managers.
