Job summary

COMET TECHNOLOGIES MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. is seeking a procurement professional to source production materials, components, MRO items, CAPEX services, and to manage orders in the ERP system.

You will benchmark suppliers, optimize costs, monitor orders, and communicate with suppliers and internal teams, using SAP ERP and Excel. Fluency in English and German is preferred for effective collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, SCM, or Procurement
• Experience in procurement; electronics industry preferred
• Strong German and English communication (B2 level preferred)
• Experience with ERP systems, especially SAP; Excel proficiency

Responsibilities

• Procure production materials, components, MRO, CAPEX, and services
• Benchmark suppliers and optimize procurement costs
• Plan material requirements and manage ERP purchase orders
• Monitor POs, follow deliveries, and handle supplier claims
• Maintain communication with suppliers and internal teams
