Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering (experience in automotive or similar industry is an added advantage).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
• Good communication and negotiation skills (written & verbal).
• Self-motivated with strong attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with the team.
• Computer literate and proficient in MS Office, Power BI, and MS Teams.

Responsibilities

• Study and perform cost estimation for new model development parts.
• Conduct RFQ (Request for Quotation) to vendors for new model development parts.
• Verify and negotiate with vendors on cost estimation/quotation.
• Prepare proposals for vendor selection and related progress reports.
• Monitor and report part development progress from initial stage until mass production.
• Perform special tasks as assigned by superior.
