Job summary

Teach For Malaysia is seeking an Alumni Impact Manager to mobilise alumni as a force for education system change across life stages. You will deepen alumni contributions, enable purposeful leadership, and drive tangible impact in schools and communities.

Partnering with Ecosystem and Fellowship teams, you will activate alumni meaningfully, measure impact, and represent the organisation externally to advance a unified alumni voice in national conversations on education and leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in alumni engagement, community building, or leadership development.
• Experience in education, non-profit, or social innovation sectors is highly advantageous.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English; Bahasa Malaysia proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Design and steward a unified Alumni strategy across multiple programmes to align with Teach For Malaysia’s 2030 goals.
• Define pathways and articulate collective impact for alumni contributions across the ecosystem.
• Build and sustain relationships with alumni and partners to match leaders with opportunities.
• Lead alumni impact measurement, consolidating data to showcase contributions to schools and communities.
• Represent Teach For Malaysia externally to advocate for a unified Alumni voice.
