Job summary

Teach For Malaysia is seeking an Associate/Senior Associate to manage government relationships at state and district levels, supporting the Stakeholder Engagement Manager in delivering TFM's public sector engagement strategy across Program Duta Guru and the Fellowship.

This role drives day-to-day cultivation of JPN and PPD partnerships, building relationships where leaders are motivated to transform education with TFM as a trusted partner.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in stakeholder engagement, government relations, corporate partnerships, or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Responsibilities

• Own government relationships at state and district levels, engaging JPN and PPD partners.
• Coordinate official programme communications and approvals for government-facing contexts.
• Plan and execute stakeholder engagement activities and roundtables with purpose and accuracy.
• Maintain a structured stakeholder engagement database capturing interactions and outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align engagement with programme milestones.
• Identify risks affecting delivery and work with stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Ensure engagement materials reflect branding and identity standards of TFM and partners.
• Support recruitment and retention efforts through stakeholder networks.
