DKSH is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join the Australia Finance team. You will manage AR transactions, debtor aging, and collections, ensuring accurate month-end close and strong cash flow.

The role involves reconciling balances, intercompany confirmations, and providing AR performance analytics. Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in AR, Diploma in Accounting/Finance, proficiency in Excel/SAP, and strong communication in English.

Competenze

• Diploma or professional qualification in Accounting/Finance or related discipline.
• 2 to 3 years' experience in a similar role.
• Experience in accounts receivable with high-volume accounts.
• SAP experience is highly recommended.

Mansioni

• Record all accounts receivable and collection transactions to ensure timely and accurate monthly and yearly closing.
• Prepare and review debtor aging reports, match receipts against invoices and aged balances.
• Follow up on payments due, resolve disputes, and provide clarifications to debtors to ensure timely collections.
• Send debtors' confirmations and confirm intercompany balances for month-end closing.
• Respond to queries from internal stakeholders on debtors' balances, collections, and related matters.
• Build relationships with customers on collections and reconciliation of balances.
• Support customer rebate calculations and process approved amounts to ledgers.
• Prepare monthly AR status reports and receivables analysis for accountability.
