Job summary

Break Bo Media Sdn Bhd is seeking a talented Video Editor to join on a full-time basis in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. You will transform raw footage into compelling content, collaborating with directors and creative teams to deliver projects across commercials, social media, and documentary formats.

The role requires strong editing skills, proficiency in Premiere Pro/Final Cut/DaVinci Resolve and a solid understanding of colour grading, audio mixing, and visual effects.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Video Editor with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of video workflows, colour grading, and audio mixing.
• Excellent eye for detail and consistency in deliverables.
• Creative thinking with storytelling and editing techniques.
• Strong organisational and time management skills to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Edit video content for commercials, promos, social media and documentaries.
• Collaborate with directors, producers and creative teams on briefs.
• Perform colour correction, audio syncing and visual effects work.
• Manage and organise project files with version control.
• Trim and sequence raw footage for engaging narratives with pacing.
• Incorporate graphics, titles and transitions for storytelling.
• Meet deadlines while maintaining high quality standards.
• Stay updated with industry trends and editing software.
• Communicate progress and feedback with team members.
