Qualifications

• BA/BS or similar degree.
• 1 year of experience as video specialist of a similar role.
• Creative thinker.
• Good time-management skills.
• Great interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in Video Editing suites (Final Cut Pro X, Adobe After Effects, Davinci).

Responsibilities

• Edit raw video footage into polished, engaging final products for various digital platforms.
• Experience the video post-production process, including color grading, sound design, motion graphics and visual effects.
• Apply creative storytelling techniques to enhance the overall visual experience.
• Experience with basic touch-up.
• Edit and mix soundtracks, dialogues, and sound effects to achieve high-quality audio output.
• Sync audio with video to ensure seamless integration.
• Enhance audio quality using various software tools.
• Work closely with the creative team to develop and execute concepts.
• Manage multiple editing projects with varying timelines and priorities.
• Supervise junior editors or freelancers and provide feedback to ensure quality and consistency.
• Able to attend social media shoots and direct photography/videography
• Provide input and feedback on scripts, storyboards, and overall project direction.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate new techniques into projects.
