Job summary

Winway Interconnect Technology (M) Sdn Bhd in Penang manufactures cable and connector assemblies for international customers. The role focuses on documenting outgoing materials, issuing documents with accuracy, and operating forklifts and other material handling equipment in a busy factory.

Responsibilities

• Document and record outgoing materials accurately.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks and other handling equipment.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using manual or electronic systems.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and audits.
• Report inventory discrepancies to supervisors.
• Move materials to designated workstations and storage areas.
• Ensure materials are stored safely and in accordance with standards.
• Follow safety procedures while handling materials.
• Oversee kit preparation and assembly for production or distribution.
• Ensure kit orders are accurate and inventory managed.
• Collaborate with production, inventory and quality teams to ensure timely kit assembly.
• Maintain organized, tidy, efficient and safe kitting areas.

Collaborate with production, inventory, and quality teams to ensure timely and accurate kit assembly.

Maintain an organized work environment, ensuring kitting areas are tidy, efficient, and safe.
