Job summary

Crocs in Malaysia (Kuala Lumpur) is seeking energetic retail staff to deliver outstanding customer service and support day-to-day store operations. You will handle POS transactions, assist customers, and contribute to a welcoming store atmosphere.

The role requires flexibility to cover rotating shifts, including nights and weekends, in a fast-growing retail team. Applicants should have at least 18 years old and SPM/O Level or higher, with 1–2 years retail experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• At least SPM/O Level or above.
• 1–2 years of working experience, preferably in retail.
• Fluent in English; ability in other languages is an advantage.
• Flexible to work on rotational shifts, including nights, Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
• Basic computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Email and able to operate the POS system.
• Desire to succeed in a high-growth, fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service to Crocs consumers using our service model.
• Proactively contribute to an enjoyable team environment with suggestions, ideas and concerns.
• Learn and assist in departments within the store, including consumer service, product knowledge, placement, visual presentation and stock room management.
• Support daily retail operations such as POS management, stock replenishment, pricing and markdown processes, loyalty programs, and maintaining cleanliness and recovery standards.
• Lead by example and collaborate with Store Management to improve personal sales KPIs.
• Adhere to Crocs, Inc. Asset Protection policies and procedures, including shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance procedures.

What You'll Do

• Deliver outstanding service to our consumers using our C.H.A.R.M. service model
• Proactively contribute to creating an enjoyable team environment that fosters the sharing of suggestions, ideas and concerns
• Learn & assist in various departments within the store including consumer service, product knowledge and placement, visual presentation, and stock room management.
• Support team members in the daily execution of retail operations such as Point of Sale (POS) system management, stock replenishment, pricing and markdown processes, promotion of loyalty programs, and maintaining cleanliness and recovery standards.
• Leads by example and collaborate with Store Management to improve personal key performance indicators through sales-driven techniques
• Adhere to Crocs, Inc. Asset Protection policies and procedures, including shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance procedures

What You'll Bring to the Table

• Must be 18 years or older
• Possess at least SPM / O Level or above
• Minimum 1 to 2 years of working experience, preferably in retail.
• Fluent in English, proficiency of other language(s) will be an advantage
• Flexible to work on rotational shift basis, including nights, Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.
• Basic computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Email and able to operate retail Point of Sale system
