Responsibilities
  1. Research and analyze the operational practices of different stores, and extract best practices. Develop nationally unified store operation standards based on corporate strategy and market demand. Develop standard implementation plans, monitor the implementation process, collect feedback regularly, and revise and update the standards.
  2. Streamline Store Operation Processes: Analyze the current state of process development in store operations, identify pain points and improvement opportunities. Continuously iterate store operation processes to ensure smoothness and efficiency. Monitor process execution and adjust promptly to respond to market changes.
  3. Develop Store Operation Tools: In conjunction with customer value creation, promote the development of tools such as store inspection and operational calendars, collect user feedback, and continuously optimize tool functions and user experience to ensure that tools can help frontline staff improve operational insight and store operational efficiency.
  4. Monitoring and Evaluation: Monitor the overall operational status of stores nationwide, regularly evaluate the company's store operational effectiveness, and propose improvement suggestions.
  5. Market Trend Analysis: Pay attention to the development trends of the retail industry and market, and adjust store operation standards and processes in a timely manner to adapt to market changes.

  4. Business Analysis: Able to identify operating conditions, market trends, competitive environment, etc. through multi-dimensional analysis, and continuously optimize organizational performance.
Key Experience Requirements
  • More than 3 years of experience in chain store operation (business planning, store management, etc.), familiar with the end-to-end process closed loop of the corresponding business area.
  • Possesses successful practical experience in business transformation or digital operation of retail stores.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with practical experience in the operation of chain retail enterprises such as convenience stores, supermarkets, or regional hypermarkets within a company's major sales region.
