Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a capable deputy to support daily store operations and ensure adherence to company policies and operating standards. The role involves forecasting, planning, ordering and stocking merchandise to ensure stock availability at all times.

Deputies will manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager and lead staff to maintain cleanliness and safety. Candidates should possess at least an SPM qualification, communicate clearly in Bahasa Malaysia and English, and have 1–2

Qualifications

• At least SPM qualification or relevant retail experience.
• Clear communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• 1–2 years of retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Candidates without retail experience but with a positive attitude are encouraged to apply.
• Willing to work at retail outlets and relocate if required.
• Able to work on a shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Ensure daily store operations adhere to company policies and standards.
• Forecast, plan, order and stock merchandise to maintain stock availability.
• Use staff in the most efficient way to achieve operational goals.
• Promote professionalism among staff in the retail operations department.
• Guide and ensure the system for all store activities is kept in good order.
• Deputies to manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Maintain store cleanliness, safety and housekeeping.
• Undertake other tasks as required by superiors.
