Job summary

Ridge Biomed Sdn Bhd in Cyberjaya is seeking a practical Store & Operations Assistant to support daily inventory, receiving, packing and distribution tasks within the company store. You will play a hands-on role in organising stock, ensuring proper storage, and maintaining accurate records.

The role involves occasional local deliveries to hospitals and universities, collaboration with the Finance & Operations team, and participation in monthly stock counts.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM, Certificate or Diploma in any relevant field.
• Experience in storekeeping, warehouse or operations support is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Physically fit and comfortable with packing, unpacking and handling goods.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel, for record keeping and documentation.
• Possess own transport and a valid driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unpack and organise incoming goods in the company store.
• Check the physical quantity and condition of goods received and report discrepancies.
• Ensure stock items are properly stored, labelled and handled with care.
• Prepare, pick and pack items for delivery or collection.
• Perform occasional delivery of small items to hospitals, universities or courier service providers when required.
• Assist in monitoring inventory movement and maintaining general store housekeeping.
• Assist with monthly stock count and stock closing activities.
• Work closely with the Finance & Operations team to support daily operational needs.
• Support basic filing and documentation within the Finance & Operations Department, as required.
• Carry out other operational support tasks as assigned.
