Job summary

Skechers Malaysia Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Store Supervisor to lead staff planning and training while setting daily, weekly and monthly sales goals.

You will develop customer service strategies, maintain the store image, manage inventory (stock reorders, stock takes, and stock level tracking), oversee daily operations, analyze performance and handle customer enquiries, with rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• At least SPM or Diploma with relevant retail experience.
• 3–5 years in supervisory/management retail role.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Able to work on rotational shift, weekend and public holiday.
