Job summary

Skechers Malaysia is seeking dynamic retail professionals for the Skechers Merdeka 118 store in Kuala Lumpur. Open positions include Store Manager, Store Supervisor, and Store Associate.

You will drive sales, maintain visual merchandising and stock, and provide excellent customer service. Responsibilities include following up with customers, achieving floor and till standards, maintaining inventory accuracy, and building loyal customers through product knowledge and effective selling.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in retail, preferably fashion/sports/lifestyle.
• Strong communication and customer-service focus.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on customer queries and needs.
• Maintain sales floor, cashier, and service zone standards at all times.
• Handle store operations including visual merchandising, inventory, stock takes and housekeeping.
• Operate till with accuracy and adherence to procedures.
