Job summary

Skechers Malaysia Sdn Bhd in Penang is seeking a Retail Supervisor for THE LIGHT Waterfront Penang to lead store staff, plan daily operations, train new team members and help achieve sales targets.

You will monitor inventory, set weekly goals, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain the store image across shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Candidates must possess at least SPM or relevant experience.

• Able to work on rotational shift, weekend and public holiday.
