Job summary

HLA Garment (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is launching a Management Trainee program in a busy retail environment. Trainees will rotate through store operations, stock management, VM, and finance/HR tasks before stepping into a Store PIC role with potential promotion based on performance.

The program includes in-store training, hands-on learning across multiple stores, and development opportunities to lead store operations and business outcomes. Competitive basic salary with commission is offered.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is valuable.
• Willingness to work retail shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Strong communication in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct stock takes to prevent stock loss and manage storeroom stock.
• Execute Visual Merchandise in-store according to VM standards.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, policies and profit protection measures.
• Foster a strong sales and service culture among team members.
• Handle month-end closing paperwork for Finance & HR.
• Manage and post content on social media platforms.
• Create and publish posts to social media channels.
