Job summary

IKEA Malaysia is seeking a Store Goods Flow Lead to steer the goods flow team at the Batu Kawan store. You will secure high goods availability at low cost while coordinating with the Fulfilment and Experience Manager and Sales & Supply Support Manager.

You will recruit and develop talents, plan capacity, optimize inbound and outbound logistics, and ensure safe, compliant operations that deliver a great shopping experience.

• Fulfilment performance monitoring and KPI interdependencies.
• Knowledge of preventing goods damage in-store goods flow.
• Merchandising principles to keep spaces attractive.
• Creating and following guiding framework documents with stakeholders.
• Allocating products to sales locations in-store.

• SOPs for forklift drivers and safety during logistics.
• Planning logistics resources and processes for sales scenarios.
• Lead and manage teams to secure succession for the future.
