Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an Expansion Manager to formulate standardized frameworks for direct-operated store expansion, setup and rollout, and to establish end-to-end workflows across market analysis, site selection, staffing, training, opening and handover.

The role requires strong leadership, project management, and the ability to travel domestically and overseas; proficiency in Mandarin and English is required; experience in retail expansion is preferred; annual leave and standard statutory

Qualifications

• Experience formulating expansion frameworks for direct-operated stores.
• Ability to establish end-to-end expansion workflows (analysis, site selection, staffing, training, opening).
• Proven training design, mentoring, and skills development for regional managers.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and refine standard operational frameworks for direct-operated store expansion, setup, and rollout.
• Establish end-to-end standardized expansion workflows including market analysis, site selection, staffing, training, opening, and handover.
• Build structured training curricula and standards; conduct training, mentoring, and skill enhancements for Regional Expansion Managers.
• Develop expansion plans, target milestones, and execution benchmarks per region;
• Monitor cross-regional setup schedules and resolve bottlenecks during implementation;
• Oversee rollout quality and performance metrics to ensure timely, high-standard store launches;
• Continuously optimize store replication models to improve offline retail deployment efficiency.
