Job description

Customer Service: Assist customers in inquiries and product locating. Provide recommendations and accurate information to customers regarding product features, pricing and availability.

Cashier Duties: Operate cash registers accurately and efficiently to process sales transactions.

Inventory Management: Assist in stock receiving, in-charge of stock replenishment, maintain the correct price point and stocks accuracy on shelve. Ensure stocks freshness and quality by performing regular and systematic stock check.

Store Maintenance: Keep the store clean, organized, and presentable at all times. This includes housekeeping of shelves, floors and common areas.

Team Support: Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient store operations. Assist colleagues in tasks such as lifting heavy items, arranging displays, or handling customer inquiries.

Compliance: Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding safety, security and confidentiality.

Any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the superior as and when needed.

Requirement:

Any qualification with proven experiences in retail sales.

Basic understandings on sales principles, customer service and retail store standards.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.

Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality.
