Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Check and count all outgoing goods before loading to truck.
• Supervise the loading process to ensure correct quantity.
• Check and count incoming goods against delivery documents.
• Instruct forklift driver using WMS system.
• Check returned stocks and ensure correct quantity.
• Maintain proper housekeeping in assigned areas.
• Attend monthly stock count and maintain stock records.
• Communicate work progress to superiors.

Job description

• Able to work with minimum supervision
• Must be willing to work in Cyberjaya

Responsibilities

• To check and count all out-going goods before loading to truck/lorry according to Pick List. Endorse on Pick List and inform store clerk if alteration/amendment is required.
• Supervise the loading process loaded into lorry/truck to ensure correct quantity and items.
• To check and count all incoming goods against the relevant document such as Delivery Order (D/O) and endorse on each document.
• To direct and instruct the forklift driver to unload the incoming stocks to designed using WMS system.
• To check on all returned stocks and balance stocks from trade and ensure quantity are correct against the relevant document and endorse on the document (work as when assigned or scheduled)
• To maintain proper housekeeping including floor and goods rearrangement in store /area assigned or according to product category.
• To perform and attend on monthly stock count (maintaining stock records)
• Communicate to Superior on progress of work, issues faced for guidance.
• Perform other related duties as assigned from superior from time to time.
