LC Waikiki Penang is seeking a Stock Associate to manage the stockroom and lead the Stockroom Team. You will ensure timely receipt of shipments, organize stock for floor placement, maintain receiving paperwork, and support stock-to-sales processes to keep the store well stocked.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of retail experience, demonstrates operational agility, is self-driven, and can collaborate in a multinational team.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of retail experience in a similar role.
• Ability to adapt operations to the needs of the business.
• Demonstrates self-drive, reliability and results orientation.
• Strong problem solving, organizational planning and execution skills.
• Ability to work in a multinational/multicultural environment.

Responsabilidades

• Plan to receive incoming shipments and place products on the sales floor within the desired time.
• Maintain inventory levels, process stock intake, and ensure regular replenishment.
• Organize all stockroom storage processes and maintain receiving paperwork controls.
• Support stock-to-sales processes including receiving shipments, tagging, and floor preparation.
• Provide leadership for the stockroom team and uphold LC Waikiki stockroom standards.
• Collaborate with Store Manager and Section Teams to ensure alignment between front and back of store.
• Submit regular reports on daily store operations performance.
