Prada Malaysia seeks a Stockroom Assistant to manage product rotation and support sales activities. You will handle goods receipt, storage, and movement to the floor, coordinate E-Commerce orders, and oversee stock organization from packaging to transfers.

Responsibilities

• Ensure care and protection of the product according to company guidelines
• Manage day-to-day goods receipt and storage and prepare items for the sales floor and special areas
• Ensure shop-to-shop and return transfers comply with guidelines and timelines
• Coordinate the flow of E-Commerce orders (Prada.com or e-Tailers) and meet service levels
• Handle special stocks (damaged, on hold, consignment, repairs)
• Organize packaging/stationery, display objects, uniforms, and gifts flows in IT systems
• Ensure proper packaging for in-store and transfers including E-Commerce shipments
• Follow company guidelines during theft incidents with appropriate communication and documentation
• Investigate system negatives promptly
• Record product movement in the IT system and manage documentation
• Plan and execute physical and cycle inventories of product and accessories
• Organize stock with a commercial focus for best sellers and new launches
• Manage stockroom activities related to sales
• Ensure security and cleanliness of the stockroom
• Maintain relationships with providers used
• Keep the archive updated monthly
• Be familiar with product merchandise to support Client Advisors and collaborate with Visual Merchandising
• Support KPI updates and company procedures from Store Ops Manager/Store Manager Headquarters

The Stockroom Assistant manages the proper rotation of goods according to company regulations. He/she supports the Stockroom Manager in all the responsibilities regarding the Stockroom and the Store. Moreover, he/she deals with sales and therefore supports the Sales Assistant in order to maximize sales.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the care and protection of the product according to company guidelines;
• Ensure the day-to-day management of goods receipt, storage in line with company procedures and prepares the products to be brought to the sales floor and in special areas optimizing the timing efficiency;
• Ensure that shop-to-shop and return transfers are compliant with company guidelines and timelines;
• Manage the flow of E-Commerce orders (Prada.com or e-Tailers) making sure to guarantee the required service levels (where applicable);
• Manage the flow of special stocks (damaged products, on hold, consignment and products under repair)
• Manage and organize the Packaging and Stationery, system Display objects, uniform flows, flow of gifts on the IT systems;
• Guarantee the correct protection and the correct packaging of the product both inside the store and for transfers including E-Commerce shipments;
• Ensure that the company guidelines are adopted in the event of theft, especially in terms of communication and documentation produced;
• Ensure prompt investigation in the event of system negatives;
• Ensure the correct flow of the product and the related documentation, recording their movement in the IT system;
• Organize, manage and execute the Physical and Cycle Inventories of the finished product and accessory locations (packaging / stationery and Engineering materials) respecting the company timing;
• Implement effective stocks organization with a commercial perspective e.g. best sellers or new launches to be more visible and accessible
• Manage stockroom activities related to sales;
• Ensure security and cleanliness of the stockroom;
• Maintain contacts and relationships with the providers used;
• Keep updates and organize the archive on a monthly basis;
• Be familiar with product merchandise (all categories) to support Client Advisors in the sales process and collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team in case of need;
• Be responsible for implementing KPIs updates, guidelines and company procedures from the relevant Store Operations Manager, from the Store Manager or from the Headquarters;
