Job summary

PRADA Retail Malaysia Sdn Bhd is hiring a Stockroom Assistant in Kuala Lumpur. You will manage product rotation, support the Stockroom and Sales teams, and help maximise in-store and online sales.

You will oversee goods receipt, storage, packaging, and preparation for the sales floor, while ensuring stock integrity, security, and timely E‑Commerce order fulfillment across Prada.com and partner platforms.

Qualifications

• Maintain proper rotation of stock according to company regulations.
• Support Stockroom Manager and Sales Assistants to maximise sales.
• Handle goods receipt, storage, and preparation for sales floor and special areas.

Responsibilities

• Ensure care and protection of products per guidelines.
• Manage goods receipt and storage in line with procedures; prepare products for sales floor and special areas.
• Ensure shop-to-shop and return transfers comply with guidelines and timelines.
• Oversee the flow of E-Commerce orders to guarantee service levels.
• Manage stockroom packaging, stationery, displays, and gifts in IT systems.
• Maintain security and cleanliness of the stockroom.
