Job summary

Season Optical is seeking a Stock Take Assistant to support physical stock counts across outlets and warehouses. You will verify eyewear inventory, record discrepancies, and assist in stock audits.

The role requires accurate counting, basic calculations, and reliable data entry, with willingness to travel to various outlets and work outside normal hours when scheduled. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; prior stock take or inventory control experience is advantageous, and basic Excel skills

• Conduct physical stock counts at assigned Season Optical outlets and warehouse locations.
• Count and verify eyewear products, including optical frames sunglasses, contact lenses, spectacle lenses, accessories and other inventory items.
• Verify product quantities against the inventory records or stock take system.
• Identify discrepancies between physical stock quantities and system records.
• Record stock shortages, excess stock, damaged items and unrecorded inventory.
• Support internal stock audits and inventory inspections.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by management from time to time.

To assist in conducting physical stock counts at Season Optical outlets and warehouse locations, ensuring inventory records are accurate and discrepancies are properly identified, recorded and reported.

The Stock Take Assistant is responsible for supporting daily stock verification, inventory reconciliation and stock control activities in accordance with the company's established stock take procedures.

Responsibilities:

Conduct physical stock counts at assigned Season Optical outlets and warehouse locations.

Count and verify eyewear products, including optical frames sunglasses, contact lenses, spectacle lenses, accessories and other inventory items.

Verify product quantities against the inventory records or stock take system.

Identify discrepancies between physical stock quantities and system records.

Record stock shortages, excess stock, damaged items and unrecorded inventory.

Support internal stock audits and inventory inspections.

Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by management from time to time.
