Job summary

Teach For Malaysia is seeking a highly capable Participant Affairs & Recruitment Associate to lead recruitment campaigns for STEM educators, coordinate selection processes and manage participant records.

You will collaborate with government partners and internal teams, analyze data to improve outcomes, and deliver timely reports while building strong relationships across diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in recruitment, stakeholder engagement or public sector partnerships.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Ability to plan and manage targeted, data‑driven recruitment campaigns.
• Excellent relationship management with government, corporate partners and education community.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute participant recruitment campaigns and selection processes to attract high-potential STEM teachers.
• Maintain accurate records of participant engagement, retention and withdrawal cases.
• Leverage data to strengthen recruitment strategies and improve participant experience.
• Coordinate timely production and delivery of reports on participant affairs and recruitment progress.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to co-develop recruitment content across platforms.
• Cultivate and manage relationships with stakeholders including prospective participants, mentors, and education officers.
• Support events and activities to enhance engagement and retention across cohorts.
• Refine recruitment systems and tools to ensure scalable operations.
