Job summary

QL Corporate Services Sdn Bhd is offering an internship in Malaysia for STEM students to gain hands-on experience in data analytics and data engineering within a dedicated Data Analytics team. The 4-6 month program includes involvement in transforming data into analytics assets, building pipelines, and creating PowerBI dashboards, with an internship allowance of RM 1,000 per month.

Applicants should be in the final year of their Bachelor’s or Master’s in STEM and be based in Bukit Jelutong, Shah

Qualifications

• Final year or recent graduate in Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in STEM.
• Interest in business intelligence, data analytics, or data engineering roles.
• Basic knowledge of RBAC, data security, and governance.
• Proactive and motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Transform data into reusable analytics assets, datasets, reports, pipelines, and notebooks in the Lakehouse/Data Warehouse using Microsoft Fabric.
• Build and maintain pipelines to ingest data into a data warehouse/lakehouse.
• Create datasets and dashboards for stakeholders to connect to and build from, using PowerBI.
