Job summary

Soon Soon Oilmills Sdn. Bhd. in Malaysia is seeking a Boiler Operator responsible for the operation and maintenance of steam boilers to ensure safe and efficient production. You will monitor boiler data, perform preventive tasks with the maintenance team, and assist with related ad-hoc duties. Willingness to work shifts and to be based at Prai, Penang is required. Experience with DOSH Grade 1/2 Certificate preferred.

Qualifications

• Possess Grade 1/2 Certificate of Competency in Steam Boiler (DOSH).
• Knowledge of steam systems, welding, piping, compressors and fire fighting systems.
• Willing to work shifts and based at Prai, Penang.

Responsibilities

• Operation and maintenance of steam boilers.
• Upkeep boilers operating data.
• Ensure steam boiler operation in good and safe condition.
• Assist maintenance team in preventive maintenance activities.
• Assist in other related ad-hoc tasks when required.
