• Design and develop new tooling for stamping and plating processes.
• Review, improve, and modify existing tools to enhance performance, quality, and productivity.
• Analyze customer product drawings and evaluate feasibility using existing tooling and manufacturing processes.
• Propose design changes, alternatives, or improvements when products cannot be manufactured using current tooling.
