Job summary

Agensi Pekerjaan Versatile Creation Sdn. Bhd. 201801011153 (1273169-A) seeks a Staff / Sr Staff / Principal GaN Technology Development Engineer to drive GaN power technology development and collaborate with unit process development experts to optimize modules.

You will set up new process records, own the complete process flow, plan DOE experiments, ensure timely development and support ramp-up of new technologies in a multicultural, high-tech environment.

Qualifications

• University degree (master or above) in electrical engineering, microelectronics, physics or other relevant studies.
• 3-5+ years of experience in semiconductor technologies, for example unit process development, technology development, process integration or fab production.
• Excellent understanding of semiconductors physics, especially HEMT structures and the III-V material system.
• Experience with power device characterization.
• Worked in multicultural, high-tech environment project teams.

Responsibilities
