Job summary

Renesas Electronics’ Analog and Mixed Signal Business Unit in Penang seeks a Staff Product Engineer to drive development from conception to production release. You will own test plans, qualification execution, reliability assessment, and BOM management to ensure product quality and yield.

Qualifications

• 7+ years experience in product engineering.
• Familiarity with ATE tester platforms (Teradyne J750, Advantest 93K).
• Knowledge of analog and mixed-signal circuitry and DFT concepts.
• Experience with lab test equipment (power supply, oscilloscope).
• Familiarity with JEDEC/AEC qualification standards and stress tests.

Responsibilities

• Own full PE product lifecycle from concept to end of life.
• Support DfT, product releases and qualifications in Penang.
• Ensure compliance to JEDEC/AEC standards and prepare datasheet reports.
• Provide real-time customer support for design, product and quality issues.
