Job summary

CIMB is seeking an experienced manager in Malaysia to oversee branch operations and elevate performance in sales and service. You will guide and motivate branch staff while developing strong customer relationships and ensuring compliance and security standards.

Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of experience in a leadership role, strong knowledge of banking products, and a proven track record in sales.

Qualifications

• Min. 2 years experience in branch operations, compliance, or leadership role.
• Good knowledge of banking products and services.
• Possess licenses (IPPC, FIMM, PCE, CEILI & TBE) is advantageous.
