Job summary

Infineon Technologies Malaysia is seeking a Staff Engineer Unit Process Engineering to sustain and advance manufacturing technologies in high-volume production. Qualifications

• Masters/Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or relevant course is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Trim & Form / Package Singulation or Semiconductor manufacturing background.
• Knowledge of systematic problem-solving methodologies (e.g., 8D, DMAIC, Process Mapping, FTA).
• Good knowledge of production area and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Sustain and continuously improve manufacturing technologies in volume production.
• Drive process stability, quality, productivity, yield performance and cost optimization initiatives.
• Lead problem-solving and quality activities including 8D closure, audit support and process documentation.
• Provide technical consultation and guidance to the team to ensure project success.
