Job summary

Sandisk seeks a highly skilled Senior Engineer to drive test engineering strategies for storage products in a dynamic, high-volume manufacturing environment. You will own product performance from NPI to HVM and lead cross-functional teams to deliver robust test solutions.

The role focuses on optimizing test strategies, reducing costs, and advancing in-house SHRACKU platform development while mentoring junior engineers and delivering precise technical documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering with 8+ years in semiconductor product/test.
• Strong background in test engineering for memory/semiconductor devices in High Volume Manufacturing (HVM).
• FMEA, DMAIC, Fishbone analyses and SPC/SFL/SYL statistics proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical owner for product performance in NPI and HVM.
• Design and execute efficient test plans, test time, yield, and quality to meet factory goals.
• Lead and collaborate on engineering solutions with cross-functional teams.
• Champion innovation and cost efficiency with TTR and new test platforms.
• Own in-house SHRACKU tester development, integration, and maintenance.
• Provide leadership and technical support in EFA, RMAs, and DPPM improvements.
• Develop clear technical reports, work instructions, and test specifications.
• Lead NPI projects and ensure smooth transfer to HVM.
