Job summary

Vishay Semiconductor Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Staff Engineer to design, develop and implement new sensor products and packages for new product introductions in Krubong, Melaka, Malaysia.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and at least two years of relevant experience. You will source, evaluate and recommend on new materials and cost improvements, define package characteristics to meet electrical requirements and help develop manufacturing equipment for prototypes and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Semiconductor Technology, Microelectronics, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, Chemical Engineering, Physics).
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Good knowledge/understanding of semiconductor packaging processes, materials and technology.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience of 2D AutoCAD and 3D drafting is an added advantage.

Responsibilities
