Job summary

During high-volume production, the role coordinates testers, conducts ongoing reliability testing, compiles reports, performs electrical failure analysis, and drives root-cause investigations and CAPA. The position also supports ORT operations and lab maintenance, including 6S/ESD/EHS.

Responsibilities

• Set up test stations and verify firmware configurations.
• Coordinate reliability testing and monitor tester performance.
• Conduct electrical failure analysis (EFA) and spearhead root-cause/CAPA actions.
