SWIFT SUPPORT SERVICES MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to enhance the Managed Patching Service and build enterprise automation across platforms. The role emphasizes reliability, scalability, and integration with ServiceNow and CI/CD tools.

You will design and implement automation using Ansible, Python scripts, and verification practices while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet regulatory and enterprise requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Ansible Automation Platform.
• Proven Linux administration and troubleshooting experience (RHEL preferred).
• Experience developing automation solutions using scripting languages such as Python.

Responsibilities

• Support the Managed Patching Service (MPS).
• Design, develop, and maintain automation workflows using Ansible Automation Platform.
• Integrate automation with ServiceNow, CMDBs, monitoring, and CI/CD tools.
• Apply engineering best practices including testing, version control, peer review, and release management.
• Develop automation and integrations using Python where required.
• Support onboarding, scheduling, and maintenance window capabilities within MPS.
• Improve service delivery through automation and standardization.
• Assist in building scalable integration patterns across enterprise platforms.
• Implement and maintain monitoring, logging, and reporting capabilities.
• Investigate and resolve complex technical issues impacting service availability.
• Contribute to root cause analysis and corrective actions.
