Job summary

Esker, Inc. is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to grow our SRE team in Malaysia. You will work on a multi-tenant SaaS platform, focusing on reliability, scalability, and performance in a hybrid cloud environment.

You will engage in incident handling, monitoring, and automation efforts while collaborating with teams in France and the US to deliver robust infrastructure across Windows and Linux systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
Experience operating and administering Windows and Linux servers.
Interest in improving infrastructure through automation and scripting.
Open-minded, pragmatic, and willing to learn.
Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is mandatory.

Responsibilities

Handle first and second level incidents for the Esker On Demand SaaS platform.
Ensure operational stability with a target of 24/7 availability.
Monitor production systems and maintain platform security.
Design and implement infrastructure to support growth and reliability.
Collaborate with global Ops, Support, and Development teams; improve IaC and automation.
