AIA is seeking a System / Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of our enterprise systems and services. In this role, you will apply software engineering principles to operations, partner closely with development and infrastructure teams, and build automation that strengthens system stability and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in SRE, DevOps or software engineering.
• Experience supporting front-end applications in production in regulated industries.

Responsibilities

• Ensure System Reliability & Availability; monitor performance and identify root causes.
• Incident Management & RCA; participate in post-mortems and drive follow-ups.
• Automation & Tooling; automate monitoring, alerts, and recovery processes.
• Monitoring & Observability; implement telemetry and dashboards; manage Dynatrace integrations.
• Security & Compliance; align with PCI-DSS and other standards; implement access controls.
• Capacity Planning & Performance; forecast demand and support scaling decisions.
• Documentation & Knowledge Sharing; maintain runbooks and architecture diagrams.
