• Receiverships.
• Judicial Management (JM).
• Schemes of Arrangement.
• Corporate Voluntary Arrangements (CVA).
• Prepare letters, notices, statutory filings, court documents, emails and reports to officers, creditors, debtors, regulators and other stakeholders.
• Coordinate publication of statutory notices in newspapers by liaising with advertising agents.
• Assist in conducting position assessments and perform due diligence on target business
