Key responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations of restructuring engagements, allocate tasks to junior team members, review deliverables, and provide coaching
Analyze company cash flow, trading forecasts, balance sheets, and operational models to evaluate business viability, risks, and financial stress
Develop practical recovery recommendations, cost-reduction plans, working capital strategies, and alternative capital options
Build trusted relationships and negotiate with clients, lenders, creditors, legal advisors, and statutory bodies
Handle aspects of formal processes like liquidations, receiverships, or voluntary arrangements when a turnaround is not viable
Prepare clear commercial reports, court filings, presentations, and estimated outcome statements
Support pitches, draft proposals, and contribute to client acquisition strategies
About you
Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Law
Professional certification such as CPA, CA, or ACCA
Several years of progressive experience in corporate restructuring, turnaround consulting, or insolvency
Strong financial modeling skills
Advanced problem-solving ability
Commercial acumen
