Renesas Electronics in Bayan Lepas, Penang, Malaysia is seeking a Sr Product Testing Engineer to review low-yield production lots, perform root-cause analysis, and drive corrective actions to improve yield and reliability.

You'll work with test engineering, assembly, quality, internal factory and OSAT to resolve issues and ensure smooth production flow, including qualification of new products and tester platform migration.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years in High Volume Semiconductor Manufacturing, preferably in Test/Product/Engineering.
• Strong understanding of analog/digital/power product testing and failure analysis.
• Proficiency in JMP, Spotfire or similar data analysis tools.

Must Have Qualifications: A bachelor's degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering, or related field. > 3 years of experience in High Volume Semiconductor Manufacturing environment preferably in Test Product Engineering, Test Engineering or Product Engineering Strong understanding of product knowledge & test methodology of analog/digital/power product, failure analysis, reliability test, RCA. Proficiency in statistical data analysis tools (JMP, Spotfire, etc.). Strong communication skills to interact with people at all levels Good to Have Qualifications: Experience with module devices Experience with Visual Basic/C++ programming Experience with ATE tester platforms (Teradyne ETS364/Flex, Advantest).
