Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Engineering, Supply Chain or related field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in engineering, purchasing/procurement, or supply chain.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving mindset in a fast-paced global manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as supplier point of contact for supply assurance and execution.
• Define materials buy rules and ensure compliance to buy rules.
• Publish forecasts and manage POs, confirmations, rescheduling and raw material liability.
• Develop materials supply execution strategy including Tier 1 capacity planning.
• Lead capacity readiness and bottleneck resolution; respond to capacity needs.
• Negotiate with suppliers on capacity and lead times.
• Develop demand service level and safety stock attainment; manage global WOS.
• Drive supply risk mitigation and optimize supply allocation.
• Lead EMS supply assurance activities and material readiness.

Define Materials Buy rule and ensure compliance to buy rule. Publish forecast, and be the owner for PO management, order confirmation, rescheduling and optimizing raw material liability.Build and develop materials specific supply execution strategy, include Materials and Critical Raw Materials (Tier 1) capacity planning and readiness. Perform regular monthly/quarterly review or necessary to drive capacity readiness and bottleneck resolution through response to capacity need request. Perform negotiation with supplier on Capacity and Leadtime.Develop and ensure demand service level and safety stock attainment are met. Global WOS owner and own supply allocation. Perform demand supply insight analysis. Host Global WOS review with leadership team.Drive supply fungibility across network.Be the owner of supply shortage resolution, escalate optimally for supply fulfillment.Incorporate supplier product /process EOL management into the overall supply assurance strategy.Prepare and present forecast, capacity and OTD/LTD in supplier QBR/ASE commercial meeting. Lead business survey of supplier lead-time and perform LTD/OTD metric review and recommend for improvement.Responsible for Info record Leadtime update or any other system update requirement on monthly basis.Demonstrate AI dexterity and drive BKM/improvement.SME for system and tools and process.Lead EMS supply assurance activities by ensuring material readiness, driving compliance with the latest material policies, mitigating supply risks, and resolving supply issues to support uninterrupted manufacturing operations.RequirementsBachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in:• Engineering• Supply Chain Management• Related field of studyExperiencesMinimum 5 years' experience in one or more of the following: Engineering, Purchasing/Procurement, Supply ChainQualificationsDemonstrated analytical and problem-solving mindset and skills in fast-paced global manufacturing environment.Possess communication and influencing ability and a persuasive advocate.Strong influencing and relationship management skills.Innovative and teamwork focused.Able to work independently as well as with a cross functional team.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications and knowledge of SAP will be added advantage.Additional task may be assigned based on organizational priorities and business needs.About Micron Technology, Inc.We are an industry leader in innovative memory and storage solutions transforming how the world uses information to enrich life for all.
