Job summary

JB Hired in Kuala Lumpur seeks an experienced Senior Android Developer to design, build and maintain Android apps. You will work with designers, product managers and other developers to deliver mobile experiences that delight users.

The role requires strong Kotlin, Android Studio, RESTful API skills, and solid understanding of the app lifecycle, testing and CI. You will mentor juniors and contribute to scalable architecture while balancing project timelines.

Qualifications

• Must possess at least a Diploma or higher, majoring in Computer Science or equivalent.
• At least 4 years of working experience in the related field.
• Understands the mobile app development life cycle.
• Proficient in Android Studio, Kotlin, RESTful API, JSON and XML.
• Proficient with OOP design and architecture.
• Proficient with Google Play Store Submission Procedures, and beta testing.
• Proficient with data analytics implementation.
• Experience with UI Testing and Unit Testing.
• Well-versed in the implementation of UI design, A/B testing, and improvements towards user experience.
• Well-versed in source control (Git).
